Valentis Athletica Wins First Ever Northwest Title

TOLEDO, Ohio. — Valentis Athletica captured the first ever men’s Northwest Division title with a 4-0 win over AC Elite on Sunday, July 27 at the University of Toledo’s Paul Hotmer Field.

Valentis Athletica began the game strong as Brendan Wishart scored the first of his three goals in the 18th minute. Valentis continued their dominance throughout the half though AC Elite had several chances to equalize. Heading into halftime, the score was 1-0 in favor of Valentis. They found their second goal through Ethan Wilson in the 58th minute. Then, in the 61st minute, Wishart added his second goal of the afternoon. Wishart finished his hat trick in the 78th minute to round out the stunning 4-0 performance to earn Valentis Athletica their first piece of hardware.
